KIVARO is a premium IPTV subscription service. You watch live TV channels, films and series over the internet on your Smart TV, Fire TV Stick, smartphone, tablet or computer.
Can I test KIVARO for free?
Yes. You can request a free 24-hour test. No payment details are needed. The test is limited to one per customer.
How quickly is my subscription activated?
Usually within 5 to 30 minutes after payment confirmation. Your access details appear in your customer area and are also sent to you.
Which devices are supported?
Smart TVs (Samsung, LG and others), Amazon Fire TV Stick, Android TV boxes, Android phones and tablets, iPhone, iPad, Apple TV, MAG boxes, Windows and Mac.
What internet speed do I need?
We recommend at least 10 Mbit/s for HD, 16 Mbit/s for Full HD and 25 Mbit/s for 4K. A wired connection or good 5 GHz Wi-Fi gives the best results.
Is there a contract or automatic renewal?
No. You pay once for the chosen period. There is no automatic renewal, and you decide whether to extend.
Can I watch on several devices?
You can install your subscription on several devices. The number of screens that can stream at the same time depends on your plan.
Which payment methods are accepted?
Card, PayPal and bank transfer, depending on your country. Contact us if you need another option.
What if a channel doesn't work?
Tell us via WhatsApp or a support ticket. Our team monitors the servers around the clock and fixes issues quickly.
Does it work with a VPN?
Yes, KIVARO works with most VPN services. A VPN is optional and not required.
Where can I see my expiry date?
In your customer area. The dashboard shows your plan, status, remaining days and access details.
